Step 1
Get a copy of your eyeglasses prescription from your optometrist. Be sure that the prescription includes the pupil distance (PD) measurement. This will insure that the center of the lenses will be in line with your pupils. Without this information, we can’t process the glasses for you. However, if you need glasses for fashion (plano glasses) you don’t need to get this prescription.
Step 2
Browse online eyeglass frames that interest you. Click on the item or the name of the item to see the details of each frame, such as color availability, frame dimensions, lens options and prices.
Use Virtual Try on (underneath the frame display) to try as many eye glasses as possible to find out the best-looking pair. You are able to use preset model picture, upload your own picture or use a webcam snapshot to see the virtual effect of putting on the eyeglasses.
Step 3
On the prescription page you will be asked about your prescription lens preference and prescription information. If you need any assistance during the process, talk to our customer service representatives on Live Chat. They will be very happy to assist you.
You can choose your FREE lenses option （plastic spheric lenses index 1.56） or higher index lenses and extra coatings when filling the prescription information before going to “next step”
Step 4
Once you have selected your style, you will be asked to register if you are a new customer or log in to your existing account to complete the payment and shipping information. After that, just sit back and wait for your new eyeglasses to arrive at your doorway.
