Check your sunglasses on a regular basis, especially if you wear them often. It is quite possible that the screws of the glass will at some time become loose. Like most other things, you should keep your sunglasses clean. You can purchase special cleaning lotions to do this, or you can make your own with a bit of dish washing liquid and lukewarm water. Clean the lens by using a lint-free cloth and a little bit of the cleaning solution. This will remove finger marks, sunscreen, etc. Then buff the lens with a dry cloth.

For the nose pads, its better to submerge your sunglasses in lukewarm water for around half an hour. Any dirt or grime will have softened and can be scrubbed away gently with an old toothbrush or similar tool. One word of warning – if you own a pair of polarized, this is not advisable as the water can do more harm than good.Sounds very simple, but use both hands when applying or removing your sunglasses. This will help to abstain from any impairment of the frame.

Think about where you put your sunglasses when not on your face. Leavig them exposed to the sun for long periods can damage the frame, especially if they are made from plastic.Remember, don’t let polarized sunglasses get wet.
